The Operators of Infrastructures Focus on the Presentation of Axión in Telcom ’18 before the Deployment of 5G.

The National Federation of Installers and Integrators of Telecommunications (FENITEL), in the framework of its 40th Anniversary, celebrated the Telcom’18 Annual Congress from June 21 to 23 in Madrid.

The Secretary of State for the Information Society and the Digital Agenda, Francisco Polo inaugurated the conference in one of his first interventions in his new position. Under the slogan “Telcom’18: United we promote technological evolution” saw the participation of prominent representatives of sectoral organisations such as the Union of Network Operators of Broadcasting and Telecommunications –UNIRED,- and Axión.

Alberto Prieto, Commercial Director of Axión, took part in the table “Infrastructure operators before the deployment of 5G and enabling technologies of the massive IoT”.

Use cases, vertical, densification and coverage, ubiquity, infrastructure sharing, Small Cells, DAS, hybrid infrastructures were some of the topics discussed at the table moderated by Miguel Ángel García Argüelles, Managing Director of FENITEL.
