Communication of the Continuity of Activity in Axión

The uncertainty generated by the spread of the Coronavirus in our country forces us as a Company to carefully observe our environment to adopt different protection measures that guarantee the continuity of the service and contribute to the safety of our customers and suppliers.

At Axión we are working intensively to ensure all staff, as well as customers and suppliers, have maximum health and safety in their daily work.

Therefore, we want to share the actions that we have immediately promoted to date, as well as the recommendations that we consider relevant for you to know.

Among the main measures adopted, we should point out that we have created a Monitoring Committee that follows the current situation on a daily basis and is in charge of making decisions about the measures to take at any time.

In addition, following the indications of the health authorities, the following prevention measures have been adopted:

• We have provided hydroalcoholic gel and disposable wipes in all our locations, as well as the distribution of information posters in the toilets on “How to wash your hands”.
• Cleaning works has been intensified at all levels (vehicles, toilets, shared areas, etc.).
• We have limited all meetings, as well as business trips, recommending the use of videoconferencing for all our staff, this measure can be extended to meetings with clients and suppliers.
• We have enabled teleworking for a large part of our professionals, guaranteeing the continuity of our operational capacity. For Axión it is a priority to ensure continuity in the provision of our services.

As a fundamental part of our commitment and ensuring your safety and that of our employees, here are some recommendations that we hope may be of interest to you and allow you developing your activity in the current context.

• As far as possible, avoid going to crowded places, thus following the measures issued by the health authorities.
• Avoid travel whenever possible.
• In case you have to move:
  • Keep a safe distance from other people (minimum one meter).
  • Extreme hygiene.
  • Do not share items, and if you have to, clean them before use.
  • Cover your cough / sneeze and use tissues.
